Restoring human connection & community

In Good Company is an initiative committed to empowering young people with the skills for nurturing meaningful relationships. Our goal is to restore community mindedness & a hunger for human connection. We talk about the real stuff — friendships that drift, relationships that stretch us, family dynamics that follow us into adulthood, and the people skills we need to become more community-minded. We do this through a number of ways including podcasting, digital contents, events, public speaking, coaching and mentorship programmes. Good relationships don't happen by accident. They are built through self-awareness, learned skills, and a genuine commitment to the people around you. Most of us were never taught how to do this well, and yet we're expected to navigate friendships, family, romantic partnerships, and community as though it comes naturally. It doesn't. And that's okay. In Good Company exists to bridge that gap — bringing you the knowledge, tools, and honest conversations that help you show up better in every relationship in your life; because how we treat each other matters. The quality of our connections shapes not just our personal lives, but the health of the communities we're part of. We believe that a generation of people who know how to love well, communicate honestly, and stay committed to each other — even when it's hard — can change the world around them. That's the vision behind everything IGC does.

Values
01
People first
We believe that humanity should be at the core of everything we ever do. Everyone deserves to be fully seen, fully heard, and fully loved.
We choose people over performance.
02
Community-minded
We believe this generation has the capacity to rebuild what individualism has quietly eroded. IGC is not just building community; we're building the people who will also build and sustain community all across the globe.
03
Love as a standard
We hold ourselves to the kind of love that is honest, patient, and present. This isn't about being nice. It's about genuinely caring for the people — even when the conversation is hard.
04
Growth is the goal
We don't expect anyone to arrive fully formed. IGC is a space for people in motion — becoming, unlearning, and stretching. We make room for where you are while empowering you for where you're going.

Our Story

We live in one of the most connected eras in human history — and yet loneliness is at an all-time high. Social media promised us community and delivered us comparison. The result is a generation that is digitally surrounded but relationally starved. But this isn't just a cultural observation for me. It's personal. I grew up navigating difficult family dynamics without the language to name them. I drifted from friendships without understanding why — or even recognising it as a problem at the time. As I got older and my world expanded, I started to see the same patterns everywhere: poor communication, unchecked cycles of hurt, and deeper systemic issues — patriarchy, misogyny, tribalism, racism — quietly shaping how people treat each other and themselves. I know what it costs to unlearn things that were never right in the first place. I know what it feels like to search for guidance and come up empty. The resources that eventually changed my life — and I mean that literally — were hard won. In Good Company exists so that nobody has to struggle to find them.
